Crimson Desert slaps. I'm usually not one for open world stuff as much as I used to be, but it's come a long way since its launch just two months ago. They've done so many QOL upgrades to address the biggest issues.

I'm pro-union but there's no way they win this fight. They could all be fired tomorrow and replaced with AI and nobody would know the difference and few would care. I mean actually care, not internet post care.

So, what I have found:
Delphin LOVES the Light blue Hydrangea.
Aurelis loves the Aurorite ore.
Serena loves diamonds.
Solara loves strawberry mousse.
Stella loves black tea macarons.
Graminova loves wheat seeds.
Hattie loves the Sleep lily seeds, so far I haven't found a colour variant of it that she doesn't love.
Youfang loves bamboo leaf.
Pastelle seems to love any of the animal feed as I gave her sheep feed and it was marked as a favourite item.
Loren loves copper ingots.
Lunelle loves white fabric (probably all fabrics given the nature of her business)
Alex also loves diamonds

So far, that's all the info I have on favourites, but if I can edit this, I will update it as I go.

That's genuinely sad news. I don't care so much when devs that trend chase things like live service nonsense go under, but this was a team that put out some pretty underrated, but very janky, gems and I was always hoping they'd find their sweet spot and move forward from a A or AA team to do something larger scale. I hope all those IP's don't just get buried somewhere.

In case anyone else gets stuck, he forgot to mention that you need to activate the flowgate right in front of the nest before you go to any other islands. The quest tracker doesn't tell you to do this, so it's easy to overlook.

When I read this I was going like aren't they already part of one and then realized I was mixing them up with Koei of Koei Tecmo.

Seems like to start they are dipping their toes and not wanting to endanger all the licensing revenue they get from companies like Bandai Namco paying to make Dragon Ball games.
